Natural Muscle Cramp Remedies

Muscular pain and tension cause muscles to contract and hamper movement of your limbs with loss of control. They can occur in hands, arms, legs or individual muscles. Common cause is over exertion from accidents or sports. It can also be caused by loss of minerals, diarrhea, or even improper diet. Menstruation for women can also be the cause. Modern medicine treats muscle cramping with muscle relaxers that can cause dependency, have side-effects and don’t get to the cause.

What you can do naturally is to use mineral-rich natural foods and the supplements below. Eliminate tobacco, alcohol, coffee, and soda pop. These are harmful and rob your body of minerals and other nutrients.

Natural Healing Protocol: Combining supplements will do more to support your body's ability to function properly than using just one. Use the following remedies for best results -- your ability to heal will depend on the severity and length of time your symptoms have been present.
