Athlete's Foot Natural Remedies

A fungus of the feet, athlete's foot affects adults primarily. The bacteria eat dead skin and can cause itching, burning and cracking of the skin between the toes. It is caused by having a warm damp environment where the feet are warm and sweat; not changing socks often enough or washing feet. Modern medicine treats it with chemical anti-fungal used topically and internally, although the underlying cause is not treated.

From the natural perspective, the Chinese describe it as a damp heat condition. Many have used natural topicals for relatively fast results while using internal products over several months to eliminate the causes.

Use a probiotic like Primadophalis Reuteri and Grapefruit seed extract internally. Eliminate sugars that feed the condition. No alcohol, fruit juices (too concentrated) or refined sugars.

Disclaimer: some drugs and herbs should not be combined.

Natural Healing Protocol: Combining supplements will do more to support your body's ability to function properly than using just one. Use the following remedies for best results -- your ability to heal will depend on the severity and length of time your symptoms have been present.
